Dr. Laila Ghatalah, DDS
Dr. Laila Ghatalah grew up in Windy City Chicago and is a graduate of
the University of Illinois where she studied Neuroscience. She then went on to attend the No. 1 dental school in the country, The University of Michigan, where she got her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (go blue!). During her training, she worked in multiple community health programs where she treated underserved populations and expanded her skills in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery and endodontics.
Ever since she moved to San Diego, she has been providing dental care for patients all over the county. She is an active member of the American Dental Associate, California Dental Association and San Diego Dental Society. Dr. Ghatalah considers herself a student for life and is always working on improving old skills and learning new ones.
Dr. Ghatalah is passionate about providing the highest quality of care for her patients. She understands that Dentistry is personal to each
individual and enjoys providing personalized care for her patients. She is always open to hear about your day and understand how she can make your experience here more comfortable.
During her time off, Dr. Ghatalah enjoys exploring San Diego, hiking, road-tripping and traveling with her husband and family. Dr. G is always looking for the next adventure so feel free to share your favorite San Diego secret spots with her! She looks forward to meeting all of you!
